Second through fifth grade students enjoyed reviewing rhythms in an engaging way this past week during LAMPS. First, they reviewed all the rhythm values. Next, they were assigned to a team for a relay game. The first person in each line slid on their sled (scooter) down to the end after they heard a rhythm. They earned points for getting the rhythm correct and an extra point if they came in first. Students enjoyed the competition!

Kindergarten and 1st Grade Students were excited to use the parachute in LAMPS this past week. In honor of National Popcorn Day, students sang through echoes about how to make popcorn. The "popcorn" was sprinkled in the parachute and off went the popping! Students also enjoyed moving around with the parachute. We had so much fun!
