Students were amazed by how many steps go into making just one sheet of paper, and they especially loved creating their very own piece to take home! This hands-on experience brought the science, craftsmanship, and local industry of papermaking to life right here in our town.
Thank you, Smurfit WestRock, for an unforgettable learning experience and for inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and environmental stewards! 🌟

We'll see all students and staff tomorrow, on time!

Stay warm, stay safe, and enjoy the snow day! ⛄💙🧡
Tomorrow will be an asynchronous remote learning day.
Please be on the lookout for more information from your principal.
With a little luck (and warmer temps), we’ll see everyone on Wednesday!

🎄✨ Yesterday, the School Board and Dr. Frazier proudly represented West Point Public Schools in the Christmas on the Town Parade!
Gingerbread Man came alive to RISE through West Point, spreading holiday cheer all along the parade route. 💙🧡

Due to the snowy forecast, West Point Public Schools will be CLOSED tomorrow for students and staff tomorrow Monday, December 8th.
No remote learning. Just enjoy the snow, stay warm, and try not to slip in your driveway.

We’re also proud of our students who volunteer in the community. Their service reflects the values we strive to uphold.
Thank you for all you do! 👏

Due to forecasted inclement weather and out of an abundance of caution, West Point Public Schools and offices will operate on an asynchronous remote learning day on Friday, December 5.
Middle and High School students should access their assignments on Canvas, and Elementary students should complete the assignments provided by their teachers on Thursday.
Stay safe and warm, Pointers! 💙🧡
