West Point High School boys soccer team is gearing up for another exciting journey on Thursday to Salem, Virginia for state semifinals. Under the leadership of James Hoffmann and George Chapman, they’re heading into their 19th game of the soccer season with the boys’ team. West Point High School's soccer program continues to reach new heights. The entire West Point High School community rallies behind the boys soccer team as they embark on this exciting journey to Roanoke College this Friday. The support from parents, faculty, and fellow students has been instrumental in the teams' achievements and will undoubtedly continue to fuel their drive at the state championships games. In anticipation of the state championships, West Point soccer parents welcome the community to join them in sending off our Boys soccer team. The send-off will take place at West Point High School on Thursday, June 6, at 12:00 noon. We invite everyone in the community of West Point to come and show their support as our talented athletes start their journey to make history at the state championship games. Also, we encourage you to arrive around 11:30-11:45 so that everyone is in place for the departure at 12 o’clock. If you can’t make it to the school’s grounds just come out to your front yard and wish them good luck waving or have a send off poster board display! Thank you, for your support!! Stay connected for further updates and follow the teams' progress via social media.
