Our morning was filled with bright smiles, bus rides, hayrides, and hands-on learning at the pumpkin patch! From exploring the fields to picking the perfect pumpkin, our Little Pointers made the sweetest fall memories today. 🧡✨

🎨 On Friday, Ms. Harrell’s Art/STEAM class transformed into the Pointer Puppet Workshop! 🧵✨
Students explored the “art supply buffet,” gathered their favorite materials, and brought their wildest ideas to life. The creativity was off the charts! 🎭💡

The next WPPS School Board Meeting will take place Tuesday, October 21, at 6:00pm in the Board Office. The meeting is open to the public.

Chronic absenteeism isn’t just missing school—it’s missing out on learning. Students who are chronically absent are more likely to experience lower academic performance, higher dropout rates, and long-term disengagement.

🌟 Key Club Trashcan Beautification Project 🌟

Our Key Club students are stepping up to keep our campus looking its best! 🗑🐾

During upcoming sporting events, keep an eye out for our newly decorated trash cans around the stadium. Students have transformed them with school spirit, fun designs, and creative messages to encourage everyone to “slam dunk” their trash instead of leaving it behind. 🏈🏀🎨

This project is all about promoting pride, cleanliness, and community at our games. A huge thank you to our Key Club members for their time, creativity, and leadership in making a difference!
