Please note that before completing the online registration process, you must first call or visit the school to let them know of your intent to enroll and provide them with:
a) Two documents to verify proof of residency. Documented proof of residency may be a valid driver's license, lease agreement, utility bill, mortgage statement, etc.
b) Child's birth certificate and/or custody paperwork
c) Immunization records
d) Recent physical
e) Contact information from your child's previous school if possible.
